Getting all of your kids school supplies could not be easier with everything in one spot. No need to wait in line at a store or even leave your house when all you have to do is choose your school supplies list and pick where you would like it delivered. Below we have questions and queries that are commonly asked to help support your experience here.

 

How to order Back to School

DESKTOP: To place a Back to School order create an account with us, click the green PARENTS ORDERS button, enter your schools resource list code, choose your supplies, choose delivery then pay.


MOBILE: To place a Back to School order create an account with us, click the menu button, click PARENT ORDER, enter your schools resource list code, choose your supplies, choose delivery then pay.


Note: You will not need to create an account to access your back to school resource list but at checkout, requires you to create an account with us before payment and processing.


To order an eBook you go through the same process of ordering steps. Entering the four digit resource code will automatically add your ReadCloud eBooks to your supply list if on your schools year level book list. An ebook will be labeled digital product in your schools supply list.

Click on the ‘PARENTS ORDER’ button, use the search bar to find your school and then enter the resource list code provided by your school. If your resource list does not appear, please contact our friendly staff.

When ordering your back to school you will have the option to remove products, unless your school has deemed them compulsory.

If you want to delete or swap products on an order already placed or cancel your order all together please call us at 8164 5700.

You are able to place multiple back to school orders at once. Once you' ve added a booklist for a student, at cart there is a button called "Add another student" which allows you to go back through and order again. If you are ordering for multiple students from different schools you will not be able to add another student, rather you will have to place multiple orders.

Note: Orders are packed together in one box. If you are wanting them split, please place place and pay for one order at a time.

Receiving your Back to School order
Orders placed through an account will show your expected time of arrival. Back to School orders will be delivered in January.

We will notify you if there are delays.

Home Delivery: Your order will be delivered via one of our delivery vans to your selected delivery address.

School Collection: Your order will be delivered to your school and you will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.

Collect from Store: When your order is ready to be collected, you will be notified by us. Our store is located at 2A Cardiff Court, Cavan 5094

If no one is home when your order is delivered, it will be taken back to our store (2A Cardiff Court, Cavan 5094). We will then contact you to organise another day in which you are happy to have the order delivered. Alternatively, you may visit our store and collect the order.

Note: You can request the order to be left at your doorstep or in a secure location in the delivery notes when you order is made.

After you have purchased an eBook your information for accessing you digital eBook will be given to you via ReadCloud.

Your school will notify you regarding order collection days.

If you can not make the school collection day, we recommend asking a friend or family member to collect your order. Otherwise you could get in contact with your school about holding your order on site.

If you have placed multiple student orders at the one time, they will be packed together inside one box.

If you are wanting your student orders to be packed separately please place and pay one order at a time.

Missing goods from my Back to School order

If your order is missing items please contact us either via email (schools@adelaidedirectstationers.com.au) or phone number (8164 5700) so we can get your missing goods out to you ASAP.

Your missing goods can either be picked up in store, delivered to you or delivered to your school for pickup depending on your preference.

If there are additional school supplies you desire, please contact us via email or phone number and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If needing extra school supplies not on your resource list please contact us either via email or phone number so we can add any extra items to your school order.


My account

Creating an account with us gives you VIP access to our whole product range of 11,000+ products. We stock everything from paper, stationery , furniture and more.

Once you have created an account with us you will also be able to shop our whole store ranging from office supplies, furniture, washroom and more. Once logged into your account you gain VIP access and a category bar and search bar pops up at the top of this website.


Your account details are kept within our privacy policy.

If you have forgotten your login details please give us a call, our admin team can assist you in resetting your password.

Note: When you register an account with us, you receive an email with your account details. Please check your inbox and spam for this email.

How to order (Not Back to School)

We stock 11,000+ products ranging from stationery, paper, cleaning products, toner, printers and much more.

To gain VIP access to shop all products, please create an account with us. As soon as you have created an account, a search and category bar pops up and you are able to shop everything.


Needing extra school supplies? Want a printer for home? Ran out of cleaning products? You can order everything from Direct Schools.

We are not just a Back to School business, we supply everything for homes and businesses all year round. Get everything delivered to your doorstep!

For products which you order frequently or desire later, we recommend adding to your ‘Favourites’ collection by clicking the heart underneath the product.

Access your ‘Favourites’ products at the top right of the header.


Returning & exchanging items

We can exchange or refund goods that are deemed faulty from the manufacturer. To return an item please fill in an item return form (see tab below). For further information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Note: You will be asked to provide your original receipt and invoice number of your online order.

Any digital resources cannot be refunded or exchanged in any circumstance, therefore please be extremely cautious when purchasing.

If returning an item, please fill out an online item return form.

Once logged into your account please click "My Account" on the top right side of the header and click “Item Return Form”. The item return form requires all field to be filled in and will take up to 24 hours to be process once submitted.

If approved, you will receive an email with a form which needs to be printed and left with faulty goods for our driver to pick up.

Note: Your items will not be picked up unless you have left your item return form with your goods.


 
Payments and secure checkouts

Payment of orders can be placed through credit or debit card and PayPal. All your information is kept private and safe at checkout.


Depending on the type of order will depend on whether the parent or school pays.

The school will contact you if you have to pay for your order, it will be included in schools fees or you have to pay the school directly.
